It's sunday, that means it's Lottie and Lisa time!
Lottie and Lisa means Anni and I usually pick a stamp or stamp set or die that we both have (we nearly have the same taste!) and create a card with this product and another task.
Today I made a wish, and it is:

I am totally in a pirates-mood lately, so I went for the hippo with the pirate's hat. I found a small skull-stamp in an older Simon Says Stamp stamp set that I hardly ever used and created this background - I think it turned out super fun!
The text stamp says "Hey Landlubber" and is from an upcoming Create A Smile stamp set.

I did a lot of Paper Piecing and used the Simon Says Stamp happy word die (love that one!). I stamped the pandas with Versafine (because it's the best black ink of all times and get crisp black results) and added a bit of shading with my Polychromos in warm grey.
Ich habe viel Paper Piecing gemacht und die Happy Stanze von Simon Says Stamp benutzt (die liebe ich!) Die Pandas habe ich mit Versafine gestempelt (weil das die beste schwarze Tinte aller Zeiten ist und ein knackig-schwarzes Ergebnis bringt) und habe ein Paar Schattierungen mit meinen Polychromos in warm grau hinzu gefügt.

Jeden Dienstsg werde ich nun versuchen Euer Mojo mit einem neuen Video zu Kitzeln.
Ich hoffe ihr mögt es uns habt Spaß!
Do you know that feeling when you come up with an idea and you really want to use a technique? Then you start to imagine the products you want to use and your finished projects looks different from what you had first thought of?
Well, this is what happened this time:
I wanted to use a straw to blow ink around AND my new Paper Smooches First Aid Kit set. Now I have a bloody splatter card - oops! Well, I like it, but I know many of you won't.
So I'll share some more cards using the same technique today :)
Kennt ihr das Gefühl wenn ihr eine Idee habt und unbedingt eine bestimmte Technik benutzen wollt? Dann fangt ihr an zu überlegen, welche Produkte ihr benutzen könntet und am Ende sieht das Ergebnis ganz anders aus, als ihr Euch das zuerst gedacht hattet?
Nun, so war das dies mal bei mir:
Ich wollte die Strohhalm-Puste Technk audprobieren UND mein neues Paper Smooches First Aid Kit benutzen. Jetzt habe ich eine blutige Splatter-Karte - ups! Naja, ich mag sie, aber ih weiß dass sie vielen von Euch vermutlich nicht gefällt.
Also habe ich heute noch mehr Karten mit der gleichen Technik ;)

Also guckt Euch das Video um zu sehen wie ich das gemacht habe. Das macht so viel Spaß und umso mehr ihr übt, desto besser werden die Ergebnisse!
I promised to show you a few more samples of this technique, so here they are;
1) Use your inks as a backdrop for your sentiment:
2) Blend the background with inks on top of your splatter-pattern and use a die cut (I kept the cut out sentiment for another project, cause it looks awesome):
3) Use your splattered piece to frame your sentiment (or image!):

These flowers are actually leftovers - I wanted to use the negative, but changed plans because I likes how this turned out.
Diese Blumen sind eigentlich Reste - ich wollte eigentlich das Negativ benutzen, habe dann aber meine Pläne geändert, weil mir gefiel, was dabei heraus kam.

1) Happy birthday
Playing with new supplies is something I LOVE. This time I used new Mr. Hueys. Isn't that yellow georgeous?
I cut the intricate flower from white cardstock and a solid version from vellum, that I colored with distress inks and Markers. Looks good, right?
Mit neuen Materialien rumspielen ist etwas, das ich LIEBE: In diesem Fall habe ich neue Mr Huey's ausprobiert. Ist dieses gelb nicht wunderschön? Ich habe die feine Blume aus weißem Cardstock geschnitten und eine solide (?) Version aus Vellum, das ist mit Distress Inks und Markern coloriert habe.
2) Baby
I got some new stamps from Clearly Besotted and some TONS of new wood veneer from American Crafts and co. (woohoo!), so I decided to make this Baby caed.

I really like that card, this is one of the pieces that happened "by accident". I cut out some Lori Whitlock clouds with my silhouette. When I took everything off the cutting mat I decided I could try to use the negative (that I usually throw away). Ha!
The sentiment is a misture of different Simon Says Stamp Sets.
Diese Karte mag ich wirklich, sie ist eines dieser Stücke, das per Zufall entstand. Ich habe einige Wolken von Lori Whitlock mit der Silhouette ausgeschnitten. Als ich alles von der Schneidematte nahm habe ich beschlossen, das Negativ zu benutzen (das ich sonst weg geschmissen hätte). Ha! Den text habe ich aus mehreren Simon Says Stamp Sets zusammen gesetzt.

Hallöchen und ein frohes neues Jahr! Ich hoffe ihr seid alle gesund und munteren 2014 angekommen. Wie ihr seht hat sich das Blogdesign geändert und ich liebe es sehr! Aber eigentlich bin ich hier um Euch zwei Karten zu zeigen, die ich mit meiner neuen Silhouette Cameo gemacht habe.

I think those feathers look like the kesi art feathers, but they aren't. (The Silhouette Store names Michelle Renee as the designer and there are 4 more feathers in that file)
The background-stamp is from Hema - cool thing! (I always go to Hema just to see if there are new washi-designs that I haven't stored in my drawer yet ;))
Ich finde ja, die Federn sehen verdächtig wie die von Kess Art aus - sind es aber nicht. (Der Silhouette Store gibt als Designer Michaele Renee an - es sind außerdem 4 weitere Federn in dieser Datei) Der Hintergrund-Stempel ist ein enorm günstiger Holzstempel von Hema - cooles Teil. (Zu Hema gehe ich immer, allein schon um zu gucken ob es neue Washitape-Designs gibt, die ich noch nicht in meiner Schublade verstaut habe ;) )
2) Oh, ship!
Well, I don't know if I am happy with this card. I wanted to challenge myself with this weeks ColourQ challenge (gold is really NOT my color. I made exactly ONE card using gold in 2013 - I used some perfect pearls on a christmas card).
Nun, ich weiß nicht ob ich mir dieser Karte zufrieden bin. I wollte mich selbst herausfordern mit der aktuellen ColourQ Challenge (gold ist wirklich NICHT meine Farbe. Ich habe 2013 exakt EINE Karte mit gold gemacht - ich habe perfect pearls auf einer Weihnachtskarte benutzt.)

Santa loves me :) So as I told you in the winner-video, I got awesome presents and got a little spoiled: Der Weihnachtsmann liebt mich. Wie ich Euch schon im Gewinner-Video erzählt habe, habe ich wunderbare Geschenke bekommen und wurde ein bisschen verwöhnt:

Today i used the Hero Arts Lotus (I wanted to get the stamp set, but haven't)
Also musste ich natürlich meine neue Freundin Cameo ausprobieren. ICH LIEB SIE! Und es gibt so viele wunderschöne Designs da draußen, die auf mich warten! Heute habe ich den Hero Arts Lotus benutzt. (Ich wollte eigentlich das Stempelset haben, habe es aber nicht)
I didn't want those black hearts, but I had smeared some ink onto that card (Of course after I had adhered the lotus!) that I wanted to cover. Ich wollte diese Herzen eigentlich nicht stempeln, aber ich hatte versehentlich etwas schwarze Tinte verschmiert (natürlich, nachdem der Lotus aufgeklebt war!), die ich überdecken wollte.

Ich hab seit einiger Zeit schon Sticky Notes von Studio Calico zu Hause liegen und bin noch nicht dazu gekommen sie zu benutzen. Aber jetzt ist es so weit:

In den letzten Tagen war ich sozusagen voller Mojo - das mit den Karten lief einfach super. Da ich Euch aber nicht mit Karten erschlagen will, teile ich das auf mehrere Posts auf. Hier gibt es erstmal "nur" 4 Karten.

Auf dem Handmade Markt wurde ich mehrfach nach Babykarten gefragt - da ich davon bislang nicht viele gemacht habe, werde ihr in Zukunft einige mehr zu Gesicht bekommen:

Da ist sie schon, die nächste Weihnachtkarte. Das Oktober Set Chillout von TAWS ist eigentlic hein Weihnachts-Set, aber dieses Küken (? vielleicht auch eine Ente...?)
2) You color my life
Habt ihr bei Hero Arts diese Karte von Leslie Hanna gesehen?? Neon auf Vellum klar zu embossen sieht total gut aus und klappt hervorragend. Hier ist meine Karte nach dieser Inspiration:
