It's sunday, that means it's Lottie and Lisa time!
Lottie and Lisa means Anni and I usually pick a stamp or stamp set or die that we both have (we nearly have the same taste!) and create a card with this product and another task.
Scallops have totally been a trend some years ago and I feel they're coming back. All the beautiful dies released by different companies that have banners and frames and all the fun stuff with some scallops - I am in love.
I, however, do not own any scallop-dies, but my Big Mama (Brother Scan N Cut) did an Awesome job for me :)
I also have a second card with nearly the same color combo to share with you today:
We have a new facebook Group for all the Create A Smile lovers out there (Create A Smile Friends & Family - feel free to join us!) - and when I asked what everyone wanted to see in a video it came to baby cards, so this is the card that I made:

Today Anni made a wish, and it is:
Rayer Die "Baby Elefant"
&
Wood Veneer
I had a word cut out from real wood in mind but when I put my first card together there was not enough space for it to be placed on the card. So I only cut a little "Hurra" (Means Hooray) from Balsa wood and made a second card for my prepared word. This way you get to see two completely different cards today:
When Ithought about all the arms I was sure this little guy would make me laugh wobbling. So I knew this would have to be a wobbler card. I don't make them very often, but I love them a lot :)
Use a stencil and blend cracked pistacchio and pine needle ink for the background
keep the stencil in place to add versamark and clear emboss the colored areas
stamp, color and fuzzy cute the octopus ( I used my Pixscan mat for fuzzycutting because it drove me mad on this image ;) ), also stamp and fuzzy cut the sentiment
cut the action wobbler until it can be hidden behind the octopus' bidy and assamble the card.
I've had this splatter-stencil for quite a while and never used it (it was cut with my Silhouette), so I decided to add some water-splashes to the Narwhals. I wanted to keep the card simple and have the focus on my images, but adding some color and make the card fun and bright seemed right.
Use a stencil and blend evergreen bough and stromy sky ink for some "water" in the background.
stamp, color and fuzzy cut the narwhals (I used warm grey by Delta Markers - they are even warmer than the W-Series by Copic)
stamps the sentiment on light blu cardstock and fuzzy cut
assemble the card and add some washi and enamel stickers to finish off the card (The washi made a HUGE difference regarding the balance of the card!)

Wohoo, it's the second June release today over at the Sweet Stamp Shop . And this months release is fabulous and cute and versatile - just what I love!
I made one card for every Set, so let me introduce to you:
1) Koala
Oh my gosh, I LOOOOVE those little guys - they are beyond cute and you can use them on a card for ANY occasion. One of the most obvious might be a baby card, so that's what I did :)
I really wanted to keep the focus on those sweeties, co I made it very CAS: Just a few flowers (from the Hats Set) and a very simple color scheme. Soft for a baby card, does make sense, huh? ;)
Wow, a set with different campers - have you ever seen campers as cute as that? They're so much fun to color. I created a backdrop with some white embossing paste on kraft, because you just can't go wrong with white on kraft. And wood veneers and kraft always make a great pair. The colors are all muted so the camper really pops. (Again, focus on the mail image ;) )
I think I never really made a sympathy card so far - it's tough for me. But set is versatile and not only good for sympathy cards, you know? I made a card for someone you love - a good friend, your partner, your parents - there are so many people to think of and to send love to, right?
Whenever you want to invite someone to a party or a dinner - this will be your go-to set. It's perfect for scrapbookers and cardmakers - and all the food-related projects that you might create. I made an invitation using the sentiment from Juggling Act and the hats from hats, hehe. I love repeated stamping with sentiments - one of the best ways to use all those awesome inkpads and combine colors like you want (or even for color-challenges!)
Okay, I hop you liked my inspiration parade. There are TONS of inspirations on the Sweet Stamp Shop Blog, so hop over, get inspired and fall in love ;)
Wow, did you hear the news? Danielle - the owner of Neat and Tangled got her baby girl yesterday! Yay! We're all so excited for her, so wed liketo send her some warm fuzzies, hugs and congrats to her family and the cute arrival.
Congrats, Danielle!
Many awesome designers created cards to say welcome to little Everly, so Hop along to be inspired. Start is the Neat and Tangled Blog - but you can find the entire Blog Hop List at the bottom of this post.
For my card I used the "Tiny Triangles" from Neat & Tangled along the "Just Hatched" Set from Mama Elephant. Some emboss-resist, some patterned paper end vellum - there you go!
Hop along to find many awesome ideas for Baby cards (And maybe leave some love for Danielle over at the Neat & Tangled Blog ;) )

I am also hosting a challenge:Create your own background. Maybe you'd like to play along?! I'd be happy if the Memurias Blog had players from all over the world!

Ichbin außerdem "Gastgeber für eine Challenge: Create your own background. Vielleicht mögt ihr ja mitmachen. Ich würde mich sehr freuen, wenn der Memurias Blog Teilnehmer aus der ganzen Welt hätte.

Now that I'm guest in Russia I am totally curious to know where my friends and readers are from.
So please let me know: where do you live? Germany? Australia? USA? Where else?
Have you always been living there? Jetzt wo ich Gast in Russland bin, bin ich neugierig wo meine Freunde und Leser eigentlich alle herkommen. Also verratet mir doch mal: Wo lebt ihr? Deutschland, Australien? USA? Wo noch? Habt ihr schon immer da gelebt?

Today I have a video on doodle-cheating. You know I love doodled backgrounds, but it's faster if you use some stamps to create patterms ;)
Heute habe ich ein Video über Doodle-Schummeln. Ihr wisst, ich liebe "gekritzelte" Hintergründe, aber die gehen etwas schneller, wenn man Stempel für einige Muster benutzt.
