Tickling Tuesday #10

Hi everyone!
Time for a new Tickling Tuesday!
What's Tickling Tuesday?
Every tuesday I'll try to tickle your mojo with another video. Hope you like it and have fun!

Hallöchen!
Zeit für Tickling Tuesday!
Was ist Tickling Tuesday?

Today I'd love to share a few tips and trick on paste. I love to try things out and whenever I find something that works for me I really want to share it with you. I'd also like to find out about your techniques:
- How do you color your paste (If you ever did)?
- And what I there's some paste where you don't want any? Redo the whole project?
Please share your ideas with me - I am always open to new ideas!

I'd also like to say a thank you to Samantha Mann and Jess (do you have a blog?) who had wishes for new tickling tuesdays. (Be sure I'll show videos on that watercolor-color and also on the pop up card!)
This call is still open: If you want a video on something particular - leave a comment and let me know.

Finally - the video ! Have Fun!
Endlich, das Video! Viel Spaß!

  1. Christine, this card is so lovely, I never tried paste, but now you got me, and I'd like to try some on my cards. For tickling Tuesday ideas, I have this link here where you used the Hero Arts flower, http://www.kartenchaos.blogspot.co.uk/2013/09/eine-mittwoch-morgen-karte.html, I have this stamp, and I coloured it with my markers, but I don't like it very much, just not what I had expected. So would it be possible if you could make a video or even just a normal post to show us how you would colour it please? Here is my blog post for the colouring http://cedaroflebanon82.blogspot.co.uk/2014/03/some-simple-colouring-with-hero-arts.html, so you can have a look at my project and know my poor colouring skills. Lol. I coloured the flowers on kraft cardstock. Another two questions: How do you store your stamps? How do you take a good photo of your cards? Looking forward to more videos from you. Happy crafting! xx

  2. Another fabulous card and video combination. I haven't tried paste yet, but you have me giving it some serious thought! Thanks for all the inspiration!

  3. This is really awesome! Love that you uses a mask, stencil and paste to create the background. And the parrot just seems right at home nestled amongst the triangles! Love that you decided to add the vellum tag too! When I've coloured paste before I just smeared some dye ink from a pad onto my acrylic block and mixed it all together - seemed to work ok too :). Thanks for another fabulous TT!!!

  4. another amazing video and card!! that parrot really is adorable! i LOVE the tinted embossing paste you made (and you saved it! genius!! i always just rush around to make more card bases with other stencils when i have too much left over tinted embossing paste!). i used mists, or stamp ink usually to tint my embossing powder (just rub the stamp pad onto your craft sheet and mix it with the white embossing paste). loooooooooooooove your videos! they make me happy!
